For your convenience, shipping labels have been included below for you to print. Make sure all freight is clearly marked with your company name, event name, and your booth number. You can contact Freeman directly to obtain any related costs associated with either shipping option. You can contact the carrier of your choice, including SAIA Freight, to obtain any related costs associated with shipping. | Heavy Machinery NOT Permitted | Heavy machinery is not permitted in the exhibit hall due to building restrictions in the ballroom area. |
| International Freight | Neither RES nor the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center can provide a tax ID number for customs clearance. It is the responsibility of a licensed customs broker to provide this service and ensure passage of show materials into the United States. All freight should be consigned to a certified broker for customs clearance. If your company does not have a customs broker please call Airways Freight at 800-643-3525 for international shipping assistance. |

| 1) Ship in Advance to the RES Warehouse |
We strongly encourage all exhibitors to ship to the RES Warehouse in advance to ensure that your materials will be in your booth so you can begin installation as soon as you arrive! |

| 2) Send Shipments Direct to the Venue |
Freight will be received at the facility beginning Monday, June 15, 2026. Shipments to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center should be timed to arrive on June 15, 2026 only. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility and incur additional charges. Make sure ALL FREIGHT is clearly marked with your company name, IESNA Midwest, and your booth number. You can contact RES directly to obtain any related costs associated with this shipping option. |
Please note: All materials received by RES are subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the Official Show Vendors. Refer to the material handling information in the RES Exhibitor Manual linked above.

The installation of exhibits will take place as follows:
All freight must be moved in, exhibits set up, and aisles clear by 7:00 PM, Monday, June 15th. |

| Personally Operated Vehicles | Exhibitors planning to unload items from their own vehicle may park in the William St. Garage. The garage has a max vehicle height of 7’ 3”. Materials can be hand-carried across the skybridge into the ballroom during exhibitor move-in hours. Exhibitors may only use their own hand-operated equipment (dollies, hand trucks, and push carts). Any other motorized or mechanical equipment is not permitted. View the Hotel & Travel page for more information on parking locations & fees. |
| Labor Jurisdiction |
Exhibitors may set up and dismantle their own booth displays, as well as perform the various tasks outlined below, provided the work is being done by full-time employees of the exhibiting company. No outside workers are permitted to provide set-up and dismantle services unless they are members of a Chicagoland Carpenter Union Local with valid trade show jurisdictions. Proof of employment for exhibiting company shall be required. o Without the use of a fork-lift, flat cart or dolly 8. Inflate balloons |
| Empty Stickers | When your crates, cartons and other containers are empty, obtain EMPTY STICKERS from RES Service Center located on the exhibit hall floor. Use the stickers to mark your crates, cartons and containers with your company name and booth number. Leave the items in the aisle for pick up and storage. Labeled materials will be returned at the end of the show. Remove old empty stickers. Old stickers could result in empties being delivered to the wrong booth. Do not store anything in these crates or cartons. You will not be able to access them once they are removed to storage. |

Dismantling & Move-out Hours |
The dismantling of exhibits will take place as follows:
No display material, in whole or in part, may be removed from the exhibit area prior to the close of the event at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 17th. |

Returning Your Freight |
To assist you in setting up your OUTGOING SHIPMENT, Rosemont Exposition Services will have a drayage desk located at the Exhibitor's Service Center. Labels, shipping instruction forms and shipping information will be available. All outbound shipments must have a completed RES bill of lading turned into the RES Service Center for your freight to be moved off the show floor and released to your carrier. An outside bill of lading will not be accepted. Be sure your carrier knows the company name, booth number, destination of freight, and company/broker name when planning to pick up your exhibit at the close of the show. |
| Outbound Carriers | All carriers must check-in no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 17th. Drivers not checked in by this time will risk the possibility of their shipments going out on the house carrier at the exhibitor’s expense. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when arranging for shipping your exhibit at the close of the show. |
